Thank you for shopping with Evernight Society. We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Processing Times

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 2–4 working days.

Some Evernight Society pieces are individually finished by hand, so a little preparation time may be required before your order is ready to leave us.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

UK Delivery

Standard UK delivery is estimated to take approximately 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and delays can occasionally occur once a parcel is in transit.

Any applicable delivery charge will be clearly displayed at checkout before you place your order.

Express UK Delivery — £6.99
FREE Standard UK Delivery on orders of £45 or more.

Delivery options and the final delivery charge will be displayed at checkout.

Tracking

Where tracking is available for your chosen delivery service, tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Delivery Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@evernightsociety.com.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update the address. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@evernightsociety.com with your order number so we can investigate.

If an order is lost in transit before it reaches you, we will work with the delivery provider and arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with your consumer rights.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging where possible.

We will work with you to resolve the issue.
